It is used to make various kinds of jelly shoes,crystal shoes,fanshion melissa shoes,crocs shoes in PVC/TPU raw material.Automatic rotary type jelly shoes injection moulding machine(horizontal,1/2 color)
Features:
1.This machine is used to produce crystal shoes,jelly shoes and short height rain boot in PVC/TPU/TR;
Like Melissa,Vivienne Westwood,Crocs and so on.
2.It is suitable for all kinds of thermoplastic raw materials,foaming or non foaming, such as PVC,TPU and TR.
3.This machine adopts the newest and special horizontal clamping device,it supply strong clamping force
and make sure the quality is perfect.
4.The injection system is controlled by two section pressure;Screw temperature is controlled by four section PID.
5.It is operated by full automatic PLC system;The seals and hydraulic parts is imported from Taiwan and Japan.
