Laboratory table top uses solid core physiochemical board or epoxy resin table-board, cabinet body adopts 18mm thickness melamine faced board, edge sealed by 2mm thickness PVC. With reasonable structure, good load-bearing, flexible to assemble, easy to maintain and convenient to install and transport, it is the best choice for middle level and high level laboratory. The steel frames are all pickled and phosphorized and coated with epoxy resin powder, making the frame exquisitely appeared and corrosion resistant.

1. Vertical frame: adopting Shanghai Baosteel 40*60*1.5 high quality metal sectional material welding molding, the surface is coated with epoxy resin powder, making the frame stable, exquisitely appeared and good corrosion resistant.
2. Front beam: adopting Shanghai Baosteel 40*60*1.5 steel plate stamping forming, fixed on vertical frameset by screws or blind rivets.
3. Back beam: adopting Shanghai Baosteel 40*60*1.5 steel plate stamping forming, fixed on vertical frameset by screws or blind rivets.
4. Under beam: adopting Shanghai Baosteel 40*60*1.5 steel plate stamping forming, fixed on vertical frameset by screws or blind rivets.
5. Adjustable foot: adopting 10 cm screw underlay rubber protecting seat, intermediate line shock-absorbent plate.
6. Table top: adopting 12.7mm solid core physiochemical board for laboratory use, all around is thickened to 25.4mm. Acid-base resistance, waterproof, anti-static and easy to clean.
7. Cabinet body: adopting 18mm thickness high quality melamine board, edge sealed by 2mm thickness high quality PVC.
8. Door and drawer board: all made of 18mm melamine board, edge sealed by high quality PVC.
9. Clapboard: all made of 18mm melamine faced board, edge sealed by 2mm high quality PVC.

10. Wire groove: made of 18mm moistureproof board.

11. Socket: power supply adopts brand multifunctional socket.

12. Handle: adopting integral forming groove handle or C type stainless steel handle, firm and elegant appearance.

13. Slideway: adopting high quality three section slide rail, no noise, high strength and open-close can reach to over 100,000 times.

14. Hinges: adopting high quality steel hingesm, opening angles 90°, no noise, no spring back, high strength and not break.

15. Assay sink(optional): made of 6mm PP, acid-base resistance and integral forming.

16. Assay nozzle(optional): adopting three outlet white, gray steel tap, water nozzle is fine tip nozzle, single ported 360°revolution, conveninent to multipurpose use, able to dismantle to solve blocking problem. Be of buffering effect; surface coated with epoxy resin powder, ceramic valve core, outlet water can dismantle, forming screw-thread inside which is convenient to special water pipe.

17. Fall into water device(optional): adopting PP water container, having the function of blocking stink and water pipe blocking, and easy to dismantle and maintain.

18. Two-sided reagent rack: upright column adopts Shanghai Baosteel A3 square steel welding molding, surface coated with epoxy resin powder, strong solid, anti-corrosion and elegant appearance.

19. Reagent rack plywood: adopting 8mm one side frosting high quality toughened glass, all around rim treatment, slick and not hurt the hand. Equipped with glass supporting board and steel plate bending hook. It is free to adjust the height accoring to request; edge equipped with stainless steel pipe to prevent reagent bottle dropping; elegant appearance and strong solid.
