Q1: The product volume is big, how does it pack and ship ?
Some of the product is knock-down type, and some are fully assembled, If the products are knock down type ,
each parts will be packed separately and loaded by container.
And we will provide you the detailed packing list for each parts.

Q2: If we need special size or design, could you do ?
Yes. We have a professional team who could design and customize for you.
OEM & ODM is available. Custom product order is welcome !

Q3: I am worrying about the product installation, How does it install ?
We will provide you with the detailed installation instruction or video.
It is easy to install if you following our information.

Q4: What's your payment term ?
Our normal payment term is 50% as deposit, balance before loading by T/T.
For large order, we accept L/C.
For trial order about some play parts, we accept western union, paypal or cash.

Q5: What's your delivery time ?
It is based on the quantity you order. But normally, our production time is 20~25 days.
