Features of Type TL-CXJ-450/400C

TL Vacuum Extruder serials are made of leading technique for high-grade extruded products by TELE professional team. The type C compared with type A and B has many advantageous and features. The most important feature of this type is the much higher capacity of output with higher strength of green tiles.

Thanks to the unique design and special made two key parts: the ultra-thick and high strength gears reduction device and the L-size augers made of fine casting resistant quench alloy steel, the mixing & kneading unit synchronized with extruding & vacuum-treating units and droved by motor of powerful extruding force, to push the clay materials go through casting-steel-structured barrels steadily and speedily while being mixed, vacuumed and extruded to the mould forming continuous column with very low noise and vibration, and ensures a stable & reliable use as well as easy-to-change clay materials structure. Since the augers are made of special alloy steel, they are tested to support 3 times longer of the period of service life compared with others.
