About the steam boiler,pls pay more attention to the following questions,                                        

1. Could you tell us your steam capacity?

In general, DZl series single drum steam boiler is suitable for the steam capacity from 1ton to 10ton.If need more

big steam capacity,need to use double drum steam boiler(in this case,pls see the foling,have detail introduction)

2.What's the working pressure?

About pressure,pls tell us the actual pressure you need, the common type pressure have 4bar,7bar,10bar,13bar,16bar,20bar....

3.If you use Coal Fuel, pls notice the coal type.

   If choose biomass fuel, need to tell us the fuel size.Then we will give you the detail plans.

4.Which spare parts about the boiler?

In general, we equip complete set for customers.Include boiler body,automatic feeder,air blower, speed reducer,

induced draft fan, ecomomizer,deaerator ,water softer,salg machine, steam manifold,wet scrubber,

feed pump,electric control cabinet,chimmney,  instrumentation valves ,gas flue,smoke flue..

What's the wood/coal DZL automatic boiler WORKING PRINICPLE :

DZL series boiler is fire and water tube chain grate 3 return sboiler.The fire is refracted through the back

arch and transferred into the front smoke box through the two sides of host combustion chamber,then refracted

into the thread smoke tube of boiler drum from the front smoke box, through the back smoke box going into the

economizer,and then injected into the atmosphere from the induced draft fan drafting through the chimney flue

to the chimney.

 Biomass Fuel  

Note:  DZL series single drum boiler fuel  can use coal, biomass fuel. About biomass fuel,such as,wood

chips,wood pellets,sawdust,corn straw, coco shell, rice husk,etc. Not only can save fuel,but also can makefull

use of the wood waste and  agricultural wastes.

3.The feeding system has two types: automatic feeding system and manual type feeding system.

4.Feed water pump adopt vertical type stainless steel feed water pump,to avoid leakage.

5.Economizer , make full use of the smoke high temperature.

6.Steam Manfold: in general is one inlet three or four outset, we also can equip according to customer's requirements.

7.Electric control cabinet, can realize automatic management.

8.Wet scrubber, can  effective processing waste gas and  using the high temperature of flue gas again.

Packing and Shipping                                                      

Note:

 1. Each small part of machine would be packed well, also we would arrange engineer to check each

machine partsbefore delivery,so we can ensure buyer can get complete boiler parts. 

 2. Some parts will be given soft protection before feeding in the container to make sure all the machine 

will be new when arriving at customer hand.  

3.  Inside the container, we will fix it with steel wire,to make sure all the machine will be fixed safety.
