Q1: Are you a manufacturer?

A:  Yes,we are printing and packing products manufacturer, and we have our own factory located in Suzhou City,Jiangsu Province, China, since 2009.

Q2:Can we get some samples? Any charges?

A: Yes, you can get available samples of our stock or a new custom sample for Free .but you should pay the freight cost. 

Q3:What about the lead time?

A: It depends on the products. Normally 7 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance. 

Q4: What shipping ways can I choose? How about the shipping time of each option?

A: DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 3 to  6 workdays of express delivery. 10 to 30 workdays by sea.

Q5: Do you have MOQ?
