480v to 220v electrical power transformer

3 phase transformer is one of our mature products, which are manufactured in accordance with international and domestic market applications. It is an energ saving electrical transformer which can convert the voltage as required, its ordinary power range starts from 300VA to 600KVA and widely used in various power supply sites based on frequency AC 50Hz / 60Hz and voltage less than 1000V, like subway, airports, CNC machine, imported equipment, etc.

Design Overview 

3 phase, indoor, insusceptibility to moisture,compact, common core and electrostatically shielded designed to provide a separately derived power  source for computer and telecommunication equipment application. Its function is to absorb and reduce the harmonics generated by the equipments and to protect them from electricalnoise and transient in the common modes. Due to isolation, there is no direct electrical connection between the primary and secondary within the transformer. 

Isolation Transformer is designed and manufactured to operate at 100% rated current for both linear and nonlinear odd harmonics load up to 25th harmonic. It is capable to withstand up to 27% overload with linear load at an ambient temperatureof 40°.

Windings 

1.  Copper Strips with Class H (220oC) enameled coated. 

2.  Class H(NOMEX) Insulation material is used between overlapping turns or layers. 

3.  Axial channels are used between layers of primary and secondary winding to provide air gap for uniform cooling. 

4.  High temperature tolerant fiberglass boards are used as bobbins to separate the core and windings. 

5.  Sized, transposed and shaped to minimize Eddy current losses. 

6.  Sized additional 27% to carry triplen harmonics circulating current effect in the delta without overheating the transformer. 

7.  Fully impregnated with class H varnish and oven dried.

Regular three phase convert: 110 / 200 / 220 / 230 / 240 / 360 / 380 / 390 / 400 / 415 / 600 / 690 / 1140v

Voltage convert: Single phase to single phase, three phase to three phase, three phase to single phase
