Brief Introduction

single phase dry type transformer is one of our mature products, which are manufactured in accordance with international and domestic market applications. It is an energ saving electrical transformer which can convert the voltage as required, its ordinary power range starts from 300VA to 600KVA.  single phase dry type transformers are ideal AC stabilized voltage supply for various industries, such as telecommunications, textiles, railways, schools, hospitals, hotels, national defense, scientific research, precision machine tools, and so on. Meanwhile, this dry type transformer is also applicable for low voltage power distribution when the available power supply coming with low voltage and wide fluctuation range.

Windings 

1.  Copper Strips with Class H (220oC) enameled coated. 

2.  Class H(NOMEX) Insulation material is used between overlapping turns or layers. 

3.  Axial channels are used between layers of primary and secondary winding to provide air gap for uniform cooling.

4.  High temperature tolerant fiberglass boards are used as bobbins to separate the core and windings. 

5.  Sized, transposed and shaped to minimize Eddy current losses. 

6.  Sized additional 27% to carry triple harmonics circulating current effect without overheating the transformer.

7.  Fully impregnated with class H varnish and oven dried.
