The factory is mainly engaged in producing and selling bar peeling machines(centerless lathes), straightening machines, polishing machines(abrasive belt machines), auxiliary machines and other processing and finishing equipment for steel(bright steel) for more than ten years.

Loader→Uncoil machine→Centerless lathe→Cutting machine→Charging basket

    We have rich experience in export packaging with professional packaging and professional packing staff. Multilayer packaging is adopted with critical area wrapped with moisture proof and shock proof film, plywood box, or wood box and tray. Multiple reinforcement measures is applied to ensure the solid fixation of equipment on packing box and tray, and the stability of equipment in the container.

• The first layer: wrapped with foam film and stretch film for the special components for the sake of avoiding moisture.
• Second layer: adopting small square plywood block and strapping belt to fix the machine inside the plywood box
  
• Third layer: the machine itself has screw fixing holes, so it can be tightly fixed on the bottom of the plywood box through screw and nut.
• Fourth layer: inside the container, the gap between machine parts are filled with compact layout to avoid shaking. At the same time, reinforcing between the bottom of the container and plywood boxes once again, furthermore using hanging steel wire protection.
