Product Description
Professional machining process of bright bar-Haige
SeriesWXC centerless lathe is the high-efficiency lathe which is specalized in rough and precise processing of the metal bar surface. It removes the decarburized layer, cracks and other defects from the surface of the bars with high precision. In the working process, the
metal bar doesn’t rotate and just walk forward. The cutter tools are driven to rotate by the
cutter head to rotate fast to peel the surface of the bars.
Series WXC centerless lathe includes semi-automatic hydraulic type and CNC type.
Advantages compared with the general lathe
1. The over-long metal bars or the wire rods can also be processed.
2. The processing speed: 1~12m/min which is several times faster than the general
lathe.
3. High precision. The diameter tolerance ≤IT9 while the surface roughness ≤6.3μm
after peeling. The surface roughness can be less than 0.8μm if our straightening machines
are used afterward.
