Introduction

HZS series concrete batching plant, which is mandatory, and high-efficient equipment to produce plastic, dry-hard concrete, high production efficiency, and is widely used in large and medium-sized construction, road and bridge engineering, as well as the production of concrete products precast plant, ideal equipment for the production of commodity concrete. The mixing system adopts JS series twin-shaft mandatory mixer with good mixing homogeneity, short mixing time, long service time spare parts and easy for client inspecting and maintenance. It also adopts new-design of electrical weighing system that includes computer control, digital display, etc. This kind of system also is equipped buffered device and auto-add function when weighing deflection, that will make sure the measurement accurate and timely. Aggregate feeding system adopts big width belt  conveyor, is equipped ladder for worker maintenance or service and ideal for the majority of construction unit to produce high-quality concrete.

 1.How long do you warranty your machines?

100% brand new when leaving the factory. The seller shall guarantee that the commodity for 1 year, excluding the wearing parts, and the seller will offer the buyer the wearing parts all the time with favorable price.

2. What payment terms will you accept?

T/T. L/C at sight is both accpetable.

3.How about delivery time?

Generally 7-15 days, the machines will  be done produced, and maybe a little longer if busy in the factory.

4.How about your after-sale service?

24 hours technical support and solution and free spare parts during warranty.

5.How can we install the plant?

Our engineer will make installation drawing after we send the machine, and if you needed, our engineer will go oversea to guide and train the installation.
