3. Working Principle

New organic fertilizer granulator use high speed rotating mechanical shearing force and the resulting air power, make the continuous implementation of the fine powder material in the machine mixing, granulating process, spheroidizing, dense,etc. so as to achieve the goal of the granulation.  The shape is spherical, the spherical degree acuity 0.7, usually  particle size in the 0.3 to 3 mm, granulating rate is 90% or higher.The size of the particle diameter can be adjusted through the spindle speed and quantity of the material mixing appropriate, often mix amount lower, the speed higher, the particle will be smaller,and vice versa.

Has specificity of the fermentation organic fertilizer granulation of poultry and animal feces manure and organic raw materials, heap retting fertilizer, green manure, hoi fat class, cake fertilizer, peat, and we three wastes, microorganisms, such as urban living garbage.Particles are irregular spheres. The machine qualified granulating rate is as high as more than 80 - 90%, to adapt to a variety of different formula, organic fertilizer compressive strength higher than that of the disc and drum, big ball rate below 15%, particle size uniformity can according to user requirements by the native stepless speed adjustment function. This machine is most suitable for organic fertilizer granulation directly after fermentation, save drying process, reduce the manufacturing cost.

Application: this machine is especially suitable for lightweight powder granulation material. Basic particle, the more fine powder materials, particle spherical degree is higher, the quality of the ball, the better.
