The following is details of solar water heater system working principle :

Balcony wall hanging type solar water heater with heat collector is a water storage tank,

an auxiliary heating system,intelligent control system,pipeline pump circulation system 

combination.the microcomputer control auxiliary heating facilities in use , the heat collector 

is arranged in the water storage tank installed in outdoor or indoor, circulating pipeline 

connected with the water tank and the heat collector ,the system relies on the temperature 

box outer induction sensor (high temperature ,cold-resistant,never scaling ) forced circulation principle of work,

to meet user timing or allweather quantitative or constant temperature water demand.And 

has an antifreezing (by circulating hot water pipeline circulating pump temperature finish) 

wind ,leakage-proof measures,to ensure the reliable operation of system ,safe to use.

    Quality requirements:

a, after test, appearance  have no    

    deformation, discoloration, stratification of volatile fade, crack and breakage.

b, after test, under the performance of the prescribed temperature, 

    all the performance parameters of carbide change should comply with the 

    relevant standards 

3) Impact resistance test

   Quality standard requirements:

   The test result judgment criteria: 1.0 m, no broken, no crack of qualified

4) Rainfull test

5) Visible light through/ reflectivity test

    Quality standard:

   a,no dark marks in the test products smooth surface which should be clean, no

   variegation, bubble, crack,qualitative, defects such as gas line.

   b,Light transmittance >= 91% or higher 

6) Hardness test

   Quality standard requirements:

  a,the material is black, the hardness is  type A 70 degree  +/- 3

  b,material surface is smooth and soft elastic.
