Non-Solidified rubber bitumen waterproof coating consist of rubber, bitumen and additive,which is always keeping the state of sticky pastes.It is heated to flow at the construction site,then brush on the substrate to form the waterproof layer with good adhesive ability,creeping proprieties and self-healing ability.It can be used as the independent waterproofing level,also can be used together with other membranes as the compound waterproof layer.

Storage and Transportation

1.Keep from the rain,exposure,extrusion and crashing during transportation,make sure the package is intact.

2.Should be sealed and stored in warehouse,keeping dry and shady,avoid the sunlight exposure,the storage temperature should not higher than 40°C

3.12 months shelf life if stored as specified 

Use:

This product can be used for waterproofing damp primary treatment conjunctioned with other waterproof materials, it can also be used alone as a waterproof layer.

Flat, stand, cant roof of building, lavatory bath room, swimming pool, gutter and afforest roof. Underground construction: concrete floor, beam, shear wall, retaining wall, elevator shaft, etc. Subway, tunnel, ditch, underground structure, all kinds of pools.

Basic requirements: The base must be clean, smooth, no sand, no loose.

Construction: 

Solidify12-24h later for the first time,

you can take the second brush, the direction of brushing should be vertical with the first time.For third time, if you need the rigid course, to enhance the adhesion stress, you can spread clean fine sand on the surface before the film completely solidify. And when the film with sand solidify completely, you can construct for protective layer.

Additional waterproofing layer: internal and external corners,tube root,crack etc. According to engineering demands, brush for once is also ok, protective layer construction can be taken after completely solidification.
