HR500 main features  

1. It is with embeddedindustrialPC, high definitiontouch screeninterface, PLCcontrol, and instantprofileanalysis function.
2. Real-time settingandactualtemperature profile display , so users can analyze and correct parameters when need.
3. HR500C applies high precise K-type closed-loop control and  automatic temperature adjustment system. Together with PLC and temperature module, users can control the temperature efficiently and can keep the temperature deviation of ± 2 ℃.
4. Meanwhile,   HR500 is equipped with external temperature sensor which can detect, analyze and certify the temperature precisely.
5.  HR500 uses V-groove fixture design which can help locate the PCB quicker, more accurate and easier. And also it is equipped with universal movable jigs which make repair irregular PCB boards with different size of BGA easily.
6. HR500 uses movable and retractable universal fixture which can protect PCBA from deformation, and avoid damaging the surrounding components from. And it is suitable for different component packages reworking.
7.  HR500 is equipped with different kinds of alloy air nozzles which can be rotate in 360 degrees for easy positioning and they can be installed and replaced easily.
8.  HR500 has three independent temperature zones, and each can run their own specific temperature profiles independently at the same time with PID control and can get to the best soldering effect.
9. The setting of the heating temperature, time, slope, cooling and vacuum suction can all be finished through the TFT touch screen.
10. Top and bottom temperature zones can be set 6 to 8 temperature files and can store more than thousands of profiles for different BGA reworking. Users can select, analyze, set and certify those profiles on the touch screen.
11. HR500 applies high power cross flow fan cooling system uses which can cooling the PCB quickly to avoid deformation.   HR500C is with built-in vacuum pump and external vacuum suction pen which facilitate removing the BGA chip time.

12. HR500 is equipped with alarming function which will alarming 5-10 seconds in advance before the soldering or desoldering finished.

13. When the top and bottom stop heating, the cooling system starts working until the BGA rework station down to room temperature, which can protect the machine from aging.

14. HR500 is equipped with emergency stop button and automatic power off device, which can make sure safety working.

15. HR500 use drawer design repair window, if users need to check or repair the machine, just draw the repair panel out then repair.
