A: 5-10 days upon sample payment received.  

2): What is your MOQ ?

A: The MOQ is 1x20FT per item. Small trial order is also welcomed with certain extra cost.  

3): Mix items are ok for 1X40HQ container ?

A: Yes, 2 models are our best suggestion.  

4): We want to use our LOGO, is that fine ?

A: Absolutely. Silkprint of LOGO, giftbox and carton design are all in your preference.

  5): Extra cost for OEM service ?

A: 100% free .   

6): How is Delivery time ?

A: 35~45 days after design confirmation and receipt of deposit.

7): What is the products warranty ?

A: 1 year limited warranty.

8): What is the voltage for all the products ?

A: AC220-240V or 100-120V  

9): How about you packing for goods ?

A: Poly bag + gift box + carton box  

10): What about payment terms ?

A: First time: 30% TT deposit + 70% TT before loading.

A: Repeat order: 30% TT deposit + 70% against copy of BL.
