Vertical compound crusher is a newly-developed type of grinding machine which integrates crushing technology of the same kind both at home and abroad, makes optimum design of the technical parameters. It is mainly adapted to medium-sized cement clinkers and limestone, which provides an ideal triturate devices for technical improvement of cement factory  or building a new cement  producing line. It also can be used for crushing iron mineral, sand rock, gypsum, blast furnace slag, coal gangue, lump coal and other kinds of medium-hard minerals.

Compound crusher Working Principle

Materials fall into the impeller which is rotating at a high speed from the upper part of the machine. Under the action of high speed centrifugal force, they impact and crush with another portion of materials distributed in an umbrella-shaped form around the impeller.

During the crushing, a vortex is formed between impeller and enclosure. Materials are impacted and grinded again and again. 

At last, crushed materials are discharged from the lower part of the machine. Screening equipment helps control the granularity of the finished products.
