1 structure specification

material is uncoiled and then leveled through this Leveling Horizontal and Vertical Shearing Machine United Line, which is matching with dimension device and plate shearer. It can not only shear the coiled belt/plate material into plates of needed length, but also slit it into small strips of needed width and re-wind them into coil when plates are not needed. This line is two-line-in-one structure, using whole-line centralized control, with functions of length setting, status display, auto numeration, speed regulating, auto/manual feeding, continuous shearing, failure warning, system protecting, etc.

It is using PLC centralized control, inverter driven system fixed length feeding and transducer adjusting the working speed of the leveling machine and the shearing mill. The production line is set up with one master control board and two assistant control boards.
