Specification
The pickling and the passivating pools are made of the PP boards, instead of using the traditional glass steel acid pool. The traditional glass steel leaks the acid very easy. But the new type PP board acid pool has the features of high strength, great overall performance, good tensile strength and difficult acid leaking. It is using the rinsing machine unit on the production line, which is using the new type silicon carbide brush with the wire brush. It can not only increase the brightness of the strip steel but also greatly reduce the flushing damage to its surface, to down the loss to minimum.
