Brief introduction:

Tension leveling lines are used to eliminate wave shapes and adjust functions of cold rolled coils through ways of two bending and one straightening or two straightening.

The strip is run through a entry and exit set of bridle rolls,with the corrective leveler in between.The strip is under great tension with a slight elongation above the yield point of the material,and simultaneously leveled.The material is shape corrected and relieved of most internal stresses.This process usually involves a dedicated line.

If necessary,the static coating oil machine could be deployed,which can make coils clean and flat.

FOT offers tension leveling lines for width ranging from 350mm to 2000mm, thickness from 0.15-2.0mm and weight from 5-30 tons for mild steel,stainless steel and aluminum.
