Using method 

1.Due to the different volume of ducks, you should change the defeathering space any time according to the different volume of ducks.  

2.In the first time of defeathering, put several amount of ducks (100 ducks) intermittently into the defeathering space, in order you can adjust the best defeathering space.

 In the process of debugging, there may be several mutilated ducks, so we recommend you should adjust from the maximum gap to the minimum gap when debugging, in order to reduce the damaged ducks.

3.Method of adjusting space: loosen the 4 locking screws on the upper box, rotate the screw handwheel, make the upper box moving up and down and adjust the defeathering space slowly according to the defeathering degree. 

4.Avoid droping fast, so as to avoid the damage to the motor and glue stick. The machine can work normally untill ducks get the maximum defeathering rate. Then locking all the loose screws . 

5.Attention: In order to decrease the quantity of damaged ducks, in the process of defeathering, the skin of large volume ducks (1.5 times of normal ducks’ volume) may be damaged, so you should sort them out when you hang them on the chain.
