Rubber cutting machine is a general machine in rubber factory. It can cut natural or synthetic rubber into small pieces, which is convenient for plasticating and mixing.

Structure & Features

This machine is made up of knife, oil cylinder, pedestal, rubber roller, hydraulic station, and electric control cabinet.

Unloader valve is adopted to control, and the pressure is change according to the load, which can save enegy.

The smaller the rubber pieces are, the less wearness the kneader and mixing machine will be subjected. This machine can reduce the wearness of the following machine.
