A:1.You can send inquiry via e-mail / call / fax to us with your detailed information (Such as your name, shipping address, telephone, Quantity, etc), we will send price list to you ASAP.

A :1. Strict QC system.Quality is life. Our products are produced in strict QC system and the defective rate will be less than 0.01%. Most of them are exported to developed market, especially North America, Western Europe and Japan.
    2. 18 months warranty for all our products:

     Option A, replace new one, free for products, but customers will pay the shipping fees;

     Option B, We will help customers to repair it, free for replacement parts and shipping fees.

Q6.  Can I book a sample? How about the MOQ?

A: 1. Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
     2. MOQ depends on the products(MIn:1pc).

Q7.How about payment method?

A: T/T, Western Union are recommend.(Paypal is available but takes extra handling charges/service fees)

Q8. What's the delivery time/ lead time?

A: For samples, we can deliver the inventory(products in the warehouse) immediately;
     For small orders, it takes 5-15 working days;
     For mass production, it takes 3-4 weeks depending on the products.

Q9:  What's the shiping method and shipping time?

A: Shipping method depends on customer's requirement, can use customers' commanded forwarder.

     Transit time will be normally as:    by express: 3-7 days, by air: 5-10 days, by sea: 20-40 days.
