Usage

         The hydraulic press/conveyor belt vulcanizer/plate vulcanizing press is used to vulcanize common rubber conveyor belt, nylon conveyor belt, PVC/PU conveyor belt, steel wire core conveyor belt fabric core parallel adhesive tape.

Structure Features

          Frame-type structure, hot plate and plunger are high-quality material, has the features with precision machining, difficult to abrasion, anticorrosion, convenient maintenance, stable working pressure, and easy to adjustment.

          The rubber machine is controlled by PLC, vulcanization process can achieve many procedures for automatic control, can automatically detect and adjust hot plate temperature, improve the control level of plate vulcanization unit, reducing labor intensity, improving production efficiency.
