    Fiber laser label machine adopts Germany IPG fiber laser and high speed Germany scanlab galvanometer scanning system.Laser power is very stable, beam quality is excellent, optical mode is good, marking speed is very fast and marking effect is nice. Can meet the demand of industrialization of continuous working.

• Using the third generation of optical fiber solid lasers, pump light source through the optical fiber coupling lightning conversion efficiency over 80%, higher beam quality, long service life time, laser life time can reach 100000 hours ( lamp pumped YAG in hundreds of hours, semiconductor in 10000 hours).
• Perfect beam quality, achieved a ultra fine marking effect. It has more advantages particularly in making antiwhite, scrub and chromatic effect on stainless products.
• Adopt imported high-speed scanning head, and combined with software makes engraving very fast, so the processing speed is 3 or 5 times quicker than ordinary YAG and DP semiconductor.
• Air-cooling, no consumables, maintenance free, saving electricity and energy ( the machine power is only 500W ), the latter use cost is very low, compared with YAG and DP semiconductor laser marking machine, the annual electricity savings of 3-5 thousand US Dollar.
• Without intermediate mediators involved in processing makes the mark absolutely environmental, which can fully meet the ROHS standards.
