Application:
Stretch Mesh to Make precision halftone
Main features:
(1)Crossbeam is made by special square tube, pull power can reach to more than 50 newton,
high-tension and crossbeam without deformation for long-term.
(2)It has the rail slide,sides of beams to be activity-based,flexible shrinking,
Adjust stretching area according to the size of mesh frame,saving mesh effectively.
(3)There are three chucks, dual aluminum alloy chuck use a high-quality aluminium alloy materials, and single-time molding with special mold,
dual chuck control, grip mesh smoothly, non-slip net .
(4)It has import rubber in the Chuck, not falling, not to hurt the mesh, not to reclaim mesh.
(5)Adopt to gear, chain transmission, the design make the tension more evenly
and has high precision, stretch mesh more quickly and more conveniently.
(6)With four synchronous cylinders, ensuring stretching quality.
(7)High temperature & electrostatic-spray on the machine surface,
with advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, not easy to aging.
