Product Specification:

The line consists of
1. POT series (Heat Exchanger) for liquid and paste
2. KOMATSU FFS Packaging Machine
3. WAVE PASS, Re-heating/Cooling/Drying Equipment
4. Continuous Pouch Loader (or Cutting Dispenser)
The line is good for keeping the original taste of product and solves unstable filling tmperature,insufficient. Hold-time after packaging, unsatisfactory cooling,etc.atthe time of packaging process.

3. Safty device: Machine stop at abnormal air pressure, heater disconnection alarm.

4. The width of the bags could be adjusted by electrical motor. Press the control-button could adjust the width of clip, easily operate, and save time.

5. The part where touch to the materials is  made of stainlesss steel is accord with  the request of GMP.
