1. Cement silo:

It is used for loading bulk cement.

If cement in bulk, better chooses the Silo; if cement packed in bags, then

 no need silo. 

2. Screw conveyor

It conveys the cement from silo to cement scale for weighing.

If the production line doesn’t use silo, then the screw conveyor is no need.

3. Cement scale

It is used for weighing cement automatically.

4. Batching Machine:

It is used for weighing the materials automatically.

It consists of two or three loading tanks, one weighing tank and belt conveyor. 

The batching machine could weigh four kinds of materials. 

The batching and weighing are automatic and controlled by PLC. 

5. Concrete Mixer

All the materials are put into the mixer tank and mixed in it at same time.

It will need one worker to operate the mixer. 

The water pump is controlled by time relay. Feeding period is adjustable.

6. Block Making Machine:

Block making machine is the key item of the whole production line.  By pressing the mixed materials, it can make block, brick, interlock pavers and curbstone with different moulds.

It is controlled by PLC and Hydraulic station.

The mixed materials down from mixer conveyed to molding machine hopper for making blocks.

 9. Pallet feeder

Pallet feeder is used for feeding pallet by people to put the finished green blocks.

It will support the fresh/green blocks.

12. Mold

By changing different molds each machine can produce different types of bricks that you want.

13. Blocks Stacker

The stacker will stack the pallets with blocks one by one; usually, it can be pilled up 3 to 8 layers automatically according to different types of bricks. It will be easy for forklift to transport them to the store yard.

 14. Forklift (pallet car)

The forklift will transport the stacked pallets with blocks to the store yard for curing.
