Description:
This line is new generation absorbent cotton production line. cotton inside the bleaching tank can reach 0.33kg/m3, the capacity is
nearly double of the old model, it means the water and power nearly will save
half, it needs about 5 hours per circle. The cost is much lower.

1- pressure of the main cylinder: 0.4Mpa
2- temperature : 140℃
3- steam pressure: 0.6Mpa
4- Max. water supply pressure: 0.2Mpa

This production line is used to make absoebent cotton.

Carding machine:

This carding machine is used for further cleaning, carding and purifying cotton roll, cotton fiber, cotton layer or chemical fiber sent by former process or supplied by cotton feeder, and making cotton roll or blocky cotton into filamentary straighten. Eliminate broken seed, impurity and short fiber. And then integrate into certain specification of cotton sliver stored in the coiler for the use of drawing process.
