Zjc0.6ky-r oil purifier is composed of completely stainless steel separating system for degasing and dehydration , gas pumping system, gas inflating and dissolving system, impurity filtration system, temperature control system, automatic oil level control and multi-protection system, pressure protection, oil cycle system, electrical chain protection system, Sealing system.

1. completely stainless steel separating systemThe vacuum separation device employs a completely stainless steel column for dehydration and degassing, and enlarges seperation areas so as to make the oil turn into a thin film and achieve three-dimension evaporation; Has an inbuilt automatic distributor, made of a composite materail which can destroy oil-water affinity, rotate auotomatically , efficiently atomize the oil and water, and make the oil flow stay long, so as to achieve athe bet effect of separation.

2. Air-pump system: equipped with Siemens Nasim water ring vacuum pump,, use water as lubricating, cooling and sealing meduim, and it wont matter water or steam and avoid vacuum pump oil, it solves all the problems caused by the tranditional rotary-vane vacuum pump,such as the entry of water steam resulting in emusification of the vacuum pump oil and destroy of rotary vane,needs of interupting to change oil frequently, so as to work continuously for a long time.

3.  gas inflating and dissolving system: it is composed of automatic air inflating valve, air dryer, and gas dissolving room.It automatically inflate dry air into the turbine oil and make it mixed with the original water and gas in the oil, it makes the oil foam and expand the oil volumn, and thus multiply enlarge the separation area. Water and gas at vacuum atomized state can separate promptly from the oil.

4.  impurity filtering system: it can be divided into first-step filter,second step coarse filter, and second-step pure filter. Rough filter adopts stainless steel element, it can be washed and used repeatly; accurate filter element uses italy-imported Filriec brand, large filtering area, strong pollutant-absorbing ability, and long in useful life,its filtering ability is five times stronger than domestic made filter element, reduction of replacement cycle, lowcosts, high filtering accuracy(about 1-3um). It can effectivelly  filter out small mechanical impuritiel and make the oil up to the cleanness standard.

5. Temperature control system: it is composed of heater, temperature controller, Temperature inductor, AC contactors

 It is equipped with adjustable heater which can increase to-be-treated oil temperature up to 20 and lower the viscosity of the emulsified oil, so as to facilate quick demulsification, and ensure the best oil-seperating temperature. The heating temperature can be accurately controled within the setting by imported digit-display temperature controller, sensor, and other electrical components.

6. Automatic Liquid Level Control System using our compangy sprayfree patent technology (Patent No. ZL2004 2 0060973.6), adopting state-of-the-art imported oil level control technology, it carries out automatical oil level control through testing signal by electronicl swtichs and feeding back the opening and closing information of pipes controlled by electromagnetic valve which will influence the oil quantity flowing into the vacuum separation chamber. It employs electronic switch which can even feed back the level of the foam to ensure accurately control it and thus there is no possibility of oil spray. Oil level can be automatically controlled by photoelectric technology. There is no possibility of accidence, high oil level alarm-protection and low oil level alarm-protection are added in our company. The device can automatically sound alarm and safely pause operation when the oil level is too higgh or too low.

7.  Pressure Protection System it mainly consists of safety valve and alarm. When the pressure reaches the setting value 0.5 Mpa, pressure transmitter begins to move, and alarm warns maintenance staff. When the pressure keeps growing without checking, the whole machine will stop working so as to avoid accident resulting from equipment damage. Thus it makes sure the whole machine continuously safe in operation and realizes unattended operation.

8.  Oil Circulation System. Special transfer pumps feed oil in vacuum condition when oil pump and motor run slowly. Oils circulating filtration guarantee the machine continuously long time in operation without bug. It has advantages in low noise and free from leakage.

9.  Electric Interlocking Protection System The equipment features phase failure, wrong phase, overload protection, trinity, and electric-control interlocking design. When vacuum pump, oil pump, heater interlock together, no matter which part has problem, it can automatically shutdown. Thus it avoids dry-fire, oil leakage, creepage of purifier and the damage to equipment resulting from wrong operation, which ensure the purifer safely running in any circumstance.

10. Leakage-free Sealing System. All connection parts are sealled by imported multi-level special leakage-free . Welding parts are inspected.to be good performance and leakage-free.
