1: 3D drawing or samples,
2: quote price and give mold sturctures,
3: design mold 3D drawing ,
4: order mold meterials,
5: CNC Program, EDM, High speed CNC, ponishing/texture/ bench work,
6: Trial the mold, install it in our injection machine, to get the T1 samples,
7: 3D measurement to test the T1 sample's tolerance , appearance,
8: sent T1 samples to client's check, if ok, than ship out the mold, if not ok, than modify the mold, untill got client'c approved.
there have 15 sets injection machine in our factory, if our client's don't have their own injection workshop, than they can leaved the Mold in our factory for injection , and than import the finihed parts to their country directly.
