Nitriding treatment, surface hardness: HV≥900-1000
Fragility of nitrition: Less than grade 1
Surface roughness: Ra 0.4um
Streightness of screw: 0.015mm
Surface of hardness of nitrated Cr coating layer: ≥950HV
Hardness of Cr coating layer: HRC55-62
Thickness of alloy plating: 0.03-0.08mm
Depth of alloy layer: 2mm
