Boiler is the energy conversion device. It is to convert the chemical energy of the fuel into heat energy, and then transfer heat to water, to produce hot water or steam.

Boiler is defined as a airtight device which can heat liquid in it to a certain parameter temperature through a variety of fuel, electricity or other energy sources and can carry a certain pressure.

1. The single drum design with thread boiler smoke pipe, arch tube sheet, wing flue structure.

2. For the application of different fuels, the grate is divided in two series, chain grate series and reciprocating grate series.

3. With energy-efficient, strong radiation arch, can be applied to all types of bituminous coal combustion.

4. With high standard, high –quality auxiliary equipments, accessories, automatic control to ensure the boiler safe and stable.

5. Compact, 1-20T/H fast assembly, 25-35T/H large assembly, single-layer arrangement, one-time investment is saving.

6. Boiler capacity is 1-35T/H (0.7-29mw).

Q: Do you have any Certificate?

A: Yes. Each of our boiler has China GB certificate. If you need CE ASME or AS, we can help you to get it.

A: T/T, LC is very well used.

A: Produce time is 20~25days for <6Ton boiler, 25~40days for >8Ton boiler.

A: Yes, some chain grate bars, electric equipments in control panel box for example.

Q: What about the maintenance?

A: I will offer you the timely maintenance way sheet after installation of the boiler mainly parts.
