Solar drinking water purifier

First. brief introduction

The solar water purifier is a portable drinking water purification device powered by solar, which is highly recommended when people do outdoor activities. The device uses electrical power which generated in the solar system of the device. The solar system converts light power into electrical power by solar panels, then charge battery pack by virtue of controller, finally the battery pack supply power to the solar water purifier through controller. As a water-purification and lighting device, when used, no need mounting with water tap, no need pressure of tap water, no need external power,the device can immediately purify outdoor rain water, stream water, river water, lake water and other natural water into directly drinkable and healthy drinking water, which is sterile and is removed from suspended impurity and other harmful substances; the device is also the best choice to get healthy drinking water and lighting when those do outdoor acticities, such as army soldiers, outdoor workers, enthusiast of travel, exploration,mountaineering, hiking, camping, fishing and hunting, and can avoid tiredness of carrying large water or energy-storage power source, and  avoid diseases like diarrhea, vomiting and fever when drinking unclean water; meanwhile, the device is also the emergency equipment which guarantees drinking water safety and and power supply when natural disasters happen like earthquake, flood and others.

Third. six-level filtering of solar water purifier

First level prefiltering cover is installed in the front of water-inlet pipe, which can effectively eliminate stone particles, leaves and other slightly big impurities

Second level 5um PP cotton is used to effectively filter impurities with diameter above 5um

Third level agranular active carbon is used to effectively absorb peculiar smell of water, chlorine and its by product, and organic matter

Fourth level 1um PP cotton is used to effectively filter impurities with diameter above 1 um in water

Fifth level T33 rear active carbon is used to improve taste of water

Sixth level UV germicidal lamp is mainly used to kill microorganism in pure water to ensure microbe in water do not exceed standard level

Sixth. operation instruction

1)install filters: take filters out of packing box, tear package off filters, and put them in filter bottle, the first filter bottle is put with 5um pp cotton; the second filter bottle is put with granular active carbon with upward rubber end, noted that do not install a wrong direction; the third filter bottle is put with 1um pp cotton. Above is showed in the figure:

2)System charging:

Rotate solar panel A upwards until solar panel A and B stay in same surface, then rotate the whole solar panel to adjust its oblique angle, after that, uplift holder C and insert it into the mounting hole on the back of solar panel B.

 Press button“MAIN SWITCH”,“CHARGE”indicator light shines and indicates the system is charged. During rainy and cloudy weather, users can also charge inside battery by connecting with city power.

3)System use:

    According to above figure, connect the whole system and piples of water inlet and water outlet.

 Firstly, press button“AC SWITCH”,this time control panel “POWER” indicator light shines, indicating that the AC output of the system is normal.

Then put water-inlet pipe into water, put water-outlet pipe in water container, turn on “WATER SWITCH”, press button “Flushing”, pressure pump indicator light shines, at this time, UV germicidal lamp and water suction pump indicator light shines, indicating that water pump work normally, the purified water can be directly drunk after waiting 5 minutes.

Seventh. attention

1. The main parts are plastic material, 

during use, please always observe the completeness of the water purifier to ensure safety.

1. 2. The first time the active carbon filter filters water, some active carbon powder will be rushed out, so please do not drink water in the first hour when the water purifier work. It’s suggested that the purified water generated in the first hour be poured out, otherwise taste of pure water would be peculiar.
2. 3. At the beginning that water purifier runs, the TDS value of pure water may be high, TDS value of pure water gradully decrease into a stable value after a while work.
3. 4. It’s suggested that the water purifier be used at least twice within one week to prevent filters from microbial contamination, then prevent pure water from stink.
