Production introduce of double spiral sic heating element
Double Spiral SiC Heating Elementsare made from very dense silicon carbide, featuring a return spiral groove allowing connection at one end. The resistance and allowable surface loadings of the Double Spiral Shape Type are substantially higher than other silicon carbide elements, consequently operating voltages are higher and current draw lower. This feature can lead to significant savings in both control equipment and wiring. Double Spiral Shape elements are energy conserving, convenient and easy to install due to the same-end terminal structure.
Double spiral sic heating element have hot and cold zones.Its main material is selected super quality green silicon carbide. So it can be used in various high temperature electric furnaces and other electric heating devices.
SiC heating element Features:
1. Withstands as high as 1600°C (surface temperature)
2. Generates high heat output per unit surface area, approximately 5-10 times than
the output of Nichrome wire
3. High strength and excellent shock resistance
4. Heat source is free of noise and air pollution
Main application of double spiral sic heating element:
Double spiral sic heating element can be used in the furnace temperature 600C-1400C, directly in the air use as well, and it need not any protective atmosphere. Because of SiC heating elements well perform ance, they are widely used in high temperature furnace, ceramics, glass, analysis and test, semiconductor, science research etc.
