so usually you have to book a whole container for delivering the lighters in a regular way.Also it`s not easy to 

book the combined container when you purchasing a small amount.

2. Inspections of the lighter: Each lot of the lighters need to be inspected before loading, or the goods are not allowed to be exported.

3. Certificates needed: Still as it is hazardous goods, every country somehow has high quality requires.
