Technical requirements
The color is generally black. Also can be decided according to customer negotiation.
The inner and outer surface of the tube should be glossy and smooth. Tiny pits and bumps are allowable. Air bubble, breach, decomposition color line and obvious wound are not allowable. The both ends of the tube should be cut flat.
Product features and applicable scope
Has better strength, rigidity and impact resistance than ordinary plastic tube and the features of low coefficient of linear expansion and creep resistance similar to steel tube.
Double-sided anti-corrosion, with the same rot resistance as plastic tube and high temperature and corrosion resistance, low thermal conductivity.
Fine structure, the tubing reinforced skeleton and inner and outer plastic mutual tolerance as a whole. No fear of detachment of inner and outer plastic and reinforcement.
The compostie of steel and plastic is uniform and reliable and overcome the rapid cracking of PE tube. For the structure of plastic and steel is composite, there will be no cracking phenomenon like plastic tube.
Smooth wall, no scaling, small flow resistance. The pipeline head loss is lower than steel tube for 30%.
Can produce tubing in different pressure levels by adjustment of steel wire diameter and number.
Light weight, easy installation. The tube connection is electric smelting joint with strong anti-axial tensile ability and mature and reliable connection technology. The pipe fittings have complete models and specifications that can be connected with a variety of pipe, valves and devices.
High overall reliability. The service life can be up to 50 years under normal use. Superior comprehensive cost performace, non-toxic and healthful. It is an ideal substitute for steel tube, ductile iron pipe and pure plastic tube.

Product carried standard: CJ/T189-2007 "Steel Wire Skeleton Plastic (Polyethylene) Compostie Tubing and Pipe Fitting", Q/WXX001-2010 "Coal Mine Underground Steel Wire Skeleton Polyethylene". The composite tubes of the smae model and different pressure levels have different wire diameters and net papameters. Nominal pressure is the maximum using pressure of the tubing conveying water medium at 20°C. If the medium temperature changes, it should be corrected according to nominal pressure correction coefficient.
Tubing color is generally black. Water supply tubing is black or blue. Black tube should have blue color bar;
Tubing fixed length: 6m, 10m or decided according to customer requirements and transportation conditions.
