Raw material+Wood powder+Additive → Mixing → Granules → Conical twin screw extruder → Profile extrusion mould → Cooling molding die → Vacuum calibrating table → Haul off → Cutter → Tilting stacker→ Finshed products inspecting and packing
The Whole Line of WPC Production Line
Features of WPC Production Line:
1. WPC profile production line uses efficient extrusion equipment which is of stable extruding and energy saving.
2. The screw barrel of extruder has unique internal structure with 38CrMoAlA alloy steel surface coating.
3. The cooling method of screw core adopts oil thermostatic system with automatic temperature control,so that the material can achieve the best plasticized state.
4. Chaging the moulds,this wood plastic composite profile production line can manufacture many different kinds of profiles according to your requrest.
5. This WPC profile extrusion line is mainly used in WPC (PVC or PE ) floor, WPC auxiliary profile for the decorative door and small profiles.
