PE plastic pulverizer adopt the newly designed grinding disk, it has high output, strong wearing resistance, the life is doubled than the ordinary grinding disk.

This  plastic Pulverizer adopts the professional bearing to realize the high speed and high output.

The installation for this pulverizer is convenient, just open the grinding room gate to clean and maintain, the whole pulverizing process is full sealed, no powder leakage during processing.

Full automation, full auto material feeding, full auto material output, and full auto material sieving.

The pulverizing gap can be adjusted easily, just use feller gauages and adjust the screw installed on the main grinder to realize the accurated adjustment of output particle size.

The main grinder adopts the wind and water cooling type.

The design of this  Plastic Pulverizer is reasonable, the quite small pulverizing section and the disk is almost flat and erected, the material coming into the grinding chamber and can be easily pulverized and gone out, this avoid the material stuck and temperature rise, thus make the output of the pulverizer even more higher.
