Engine Feature:
1. This series diesel engine is developed by adopting the technology of FEV, Germany.
2. Cylinder block and cylinder head are made of alloy cast iron with high strength; crankshaft is made in a single piece; sliding bearing. Engine is compact in design, light on weight and with high reliable; overhaul life is more than 12,000 hours.
3. Intake system uses turbo-charging & inter-cooling technology. P type high-pressure injection pump and P type injector are provided in fuel system, contributing to excellent fuel efficency compared with products of the same power in China.
4. Yuchai particular piston ring sealing technology reduces oil consumption by more than 50% compared with products of the same power in China.
5. Engine is equipped with digital & intellectual machine-side & remote monitoring instruments to facilitate operation, monitoring & automatic protection while effectively ensure safe operation of engine.
6. It is used as the ideal main machine for powering speedboats, cargo ships and fishery vessels and so on.
