The most difference between the video laryngoscope and our flexible video endoscope is the difficult airway level the flexible video bronchoscope can cope with When those situation happened, the rigid video layrngoscope can't cope with it, but the flexible one can cope with it.

Operation Procedure:

11 steps to do the intubation, the following is the standard operation procedure.

1.  Lubricate both the ET tube and the shaft (insertion tube) of the endoscope.

2.  Insert the ET tube and fix it to the ET tube adaptor.

3.  Turn on the endoscope, and then adjust white balance and check distal end bending.

4.  Insert the shaft of the endoscope into the patient’s oral cavity with the help of jaw thrusting.

5-6. Insert the shaft and bend the distal end up and down appropriately and timely, keeping watching the monitor screen. 

7.  Find the epiglottis, and then adjust the control knob to bend the distal end appropriately as well as rotate the control handle slightly to let the distal end slide through blow the epiglottis.

8.  Find the vocal cord.

9.  Hold the endoscope and then push and rotate the ET tube to intubate the patient quickly.

10. Pull out the shaft of the endoscope quickly and watch the monitor screen to verify the right positioning of the ET tube meanwhile.

11. Connect the ET tube to a ventilator quickly.
