1. Use double cylinder and gantry oriented and automatically balancing links to ensure same cutting depth in every cutting region.

2. Have setting structure especially, which makes adjustment of stroke safe and accurate coordinating with cutting force and cutting height.

3. With automatically controlling transverse movement speed of punch head moving to lateral and feeding materials via computer, the operation is laborsaving, simple and safe and the cutting efficiency is high.
