Sulphur Lead-zinc ore flotation process

1. Purpose: concentrate lead ore, zinc ore.

3. Sulphur lead-zinc mine, the main ore is  ZnS and PbS, In this processing, firstly concentrate lead ore, then concentrate the zinc.

1. Crusher

2. Ball mill

widely used in mineral dressing, building materials, chemical industry and other industries, for grinding medium hardness ore and other materials; its divided to dry-type and wet-type according the difference for grind types; according the difference of ore discharges, its divided to grid-type and overflow-type; according the difference of grind materials, its divided to ball mill and rod mill. 

3. Spiral classifier

Spiral classifier,working with ore mills to form close circulation in the concentrating plant,whose classification process depends on the sedimentation velocity of the particles. Its external appearance is a rectangular oblique chute, whose bottom is semi-circular.There is 1 or 2 vertical axles installed in the chute, spiral blades are installed along the axle one after another.

4. Flotation machine

Flotation cell machine is applicable for separating non-ferrous metal, black metal, noble metal, non-metal mineral, raw body and materials of chemical industry, which are subject to coarse separation, swept separation, fine separation and floatation, so the useful ore are reclaimed.
