2. Before service: According to the clients' requirement and actual situation, we will furnish the technology consultation and kinds of information.

3. After service: Guarantee for one year from B/L date or 1000hr. During the guarantee period, our company would be responsible for problems caused by quality of production or raw material, except the damageable spare parts of Diesel engine caused by incorrect man-made operation. After expiration, our company provides cost maintenance for Gensets.
