Products Introduce:

1100°C box type vacuum atmosphere furnace adopted doped molybdenum resistance wire as heating elements, with double-shell structure and equipped with intelligent temperature control system, phase-shift trigger the SCR control; Inner container adopted resistance high temperature and pressure alloy material; Furnace door with circulating cold water, to ensure reliable sealing of the door and the furnace tube.

Main function and features:

1. Inner container adopted resistance high temperature and pressure alloy material. Can working in vacuum under 100Pa, and can work with variety of protective gases;

2. Furnace chamber adopted imported alumina polycrystalline fibers, excellent heat preservation and energy saving; Heating element used high quality alloy wire 0Cr27Al7Mo2;

3. Reserved 485 convert interface, can be connected with PC through software. It has remote control, real time tracking, history recorder, and output report function. And can be installed the paperless recorder for data storage and output;

4. Overpressure automatically relief, over-temperature alarm and power failure, leakage protection, safe and reliable operation.
