      1. Samples:  100% TT payment in advance;

      2.Trial order: 30% TT payment in advance and 70% balance before goods delivery.

      3.Bulk order: 30% TT payment in advance and 70% balance against copy of B/L.

      Delivery time

      1. Samples: 5-7 working days;

      2. Bulk order: 10-25 working days.

      Warranty

       3 years warranty:we will replace the broken ones with new ones free of charge in 3 years.

      1. By Express: DHL, UPS, Fedex, normally 4-5 working days for delivery, (suitable for samples)

      2. By Air: if package gross weight is over 45KGS, 5-7 days for delivery, (suitable for trial order)

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?

Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
