One qualified operator with this production line can have a daily output equal to six operators of semi-automatic equipment.

This fully automatic sticker printing machine for sale works on roll to roll basis. The substrate have to be in rolls with thickness between 0.02~0.5mm. Blank substrate is loaded on a feeding machine, which can automatically feed the material to printing machine. The printing machine has a vaccum table to suck the substrate, a squeegee press ink throgh a silkscreen to print desired patterns on the substrate. Then the printed substrate goes into a circled hot air dryer to dry the ink. Different dryer temperature and circling speed can be set up according to individual need. When the printed substrate finishes the circle and comes out of the dryer, it is cooled by fans and finally rewinded again into rolls.

The sticker in roll is not final product, it needs to be cut into single piece for usage. In addition to the sticker printing machine for sale, we can aslo supply an automatic cutting machine to cut the sticker roll into single piece.
