A Detailed Guide to Our Business Process

About Sample Order

1. Samples can be supplied in 3 days if available with stock. And we need 7 to 10 days to arrange the samples that unavailable stock.

2 If you have own designs or samples, we could make samples for you to confirm in 10 to 15 days, depending on your design. 

3. We could offer some selected designs to you free of charge as a quality verify sample. Please contact us for them.

4. Please supply your full address (including receiver’s full name, phone no, zip code, detailed address) once you confirm to make order from us.

About Orders

You could directly select our designs on our alibaba website, then contact us to make order.

You could order samples to check the quality and then place wholesale order.

After you placing order, please arrange the payment ASAP, so that the producing apart. to delivery at its earliest time.

We need around 10 to 15 days to produce MOQ order. If your order is in large quantity, we will discuss the delivery time with you. 

All below payment methods are available for us:

Bank Transfer(T/T)

It takes around 24 to 48 hours for USA customers( if European customers,3-5 workdays; if African customers, 3-7 workdays) to arrive after you sending the payment. And Bank Transfer is most common for regular international purchase. It is easy and economic,only costing you a few fee. But it is the slowest one.  

Paypal

Very popular for international buyers. Small order is better for Paypal. 4% Paypal fee is charged.

Western Union/Money Gram

The Most fastest payment terms which can be arrived right away after you sending payment.

L/C

If you want to put a real large order to our company ( say over US$100,000.00 ), we will also consider to accept L/C.

About Shipment

1. Most of the orders will be shipped by Express Shipping Company ( DHL,UPS, Fedex, etc) or as your requirement ( EG. By Sea, By Air , International Post Mail).

2. Tracking number will be sent to you the next day after shipping jewels out.

3. If you don't receive the tracking number or any update information after we agreeing delivery date, please check your spam folder or contact us.

4. Please noted: It will take around 3 to 7 business days before the package arrive.

Quality Control

1. The sample model will be tested again and again before volume-produce. 

2. The products will be processed by both machine and skilled handmade workers.

3. The extra pieces will be arranged as backup products.

4. The products will be double checked before the final packing.

After Sales Service

We'll respond to you or any issues happened within 24 hours (holidays excluded). 

And please follow below rules:

1. If there is any problem (e.g. defective items, poor quality, mistake items, missing items, etc ), please must contact us within 1 week after you receiving the package. 

And please keep the products in its original packing, and send back to us in the same way to exchange. We will pay for the shipping cost. 

2. If it is quality problem ( e.g. defective or broken down items ) during your sales even more than 1 week since you receiving the package, we still offer you repair and you could collect them , then send back to us  together, and you pay for the freight. Or you could also take them to our HongKong exhibition. 

3. If it is the silver percentage problem, please send some ones back to us firstly, then we will test them again; after confirming it, we will exchange them for you, and we pay for the shipping cost. 

Q1: OEM/ODM available? How to make OEM order? 

A: Yes, both are ok for us. In the above information, there is a process to make OEM order. You could send us your design or your wanna jewelry, then we design it for you, then you confirm it, if ok, then we produce it for you. Any question could be talked about till you are satisfied with it.

Q2: How about MOQ? If less than MOQ, how about the price? 
A: The MOQ is 30 pieces per style. But if jewelry in stock, the MOQ is 5 pcs. If your quantity is less than MOQ, the price will be much higher than wholesale, so MOQ is much more cost-efficient  for jewelry and shipping cost. 

Q3: How about to buy online?
A: Some styles, we have many pcs in stock, we will put them online, and then you could buy them online directly, 5 pcs every time is ok.(MOQ-5pcs). And in the near future, we will have aliexpress store, then it will be more  convenient to shop online. 

Q4: How about the sample order? 

A: Sample order is ok, but the price is three times of wholesale price, and we will return the extra money back to you when you make MOQ order next time. 

Q5: How about the wholesale price and quality? 

A: We are factory outlet, price will be the best. As for the quality, we have three times QC before shipping them to you, so please do not worry. And we could promise that we only do the best. Maybe the price is not the lowest, but the quality must be supervalu. 

Q6: How about the color and size? 

A: As for the ring size, there is picture in the above infromation, please check it, must be international size. As for the color, maybe there is a little difference between the picture online and the true jewellery, but we could use international color chart. 

Q7: How about the plating? 

A: We could plat 14k/18k/22k gold, rose gold, RH, copper, etc. Any other you want, also ok. The main material is 925 sterling silver and copper, stainless steel is also ok. When you make order, please tell us your request clearly to save your time. 

Q8: How about the payment? 

A: If online order, you have to pay it off one time before we shipping them out. If customized order, 30% deposit, 70% balance have to be paid before shipping out. T/T, Paypal, wetsern union, money gram, ESCROW, L/C, all ok for us, but T/T is better. As for L/C, in general, we do not use it, unless your ordered quantity is very very large(because it will cost too much time).

Q9: How about the exhibition? 

A: We go in for Hongkong exhibition every year, three times one year. If possible, welcome to visit our booth. There you will see many different styles, classical or new ones. Then you could make order there or send email to us, very easy to purchase.
