Installation of Solar LED street light

We offer detailed instructions and videos for installation. Besides, FUTE Group can provide onsite installation training and technical assistance free of charge in initial period for large projects of more than 100 poles. However, all the travelling and food & accommodation costs shall be borne by the customer.

After-sale service

a. We will offer technical guidance and repair service for the whole life time of our products.

b. We promise to respond with customer’s questions within 24 working-hours.

Maintenance

Fute Group’s solar street lights are designed to be essentially maintenance free. In certain regions with heavy dust, snow, or extreme dry weather with little rain, however, some level of maintenance is required to ensure the proper function of the lights.

Typical maintenance schedule:

a.   Every Week: Inspect street lights to ensure all the lights are working normally. If there are lights which are not lit, perform analysis to understand the cause and conduct repairs without delay.

b.  Every Two Months: Inspect street light panels and clean ones which are covered with dust or sand. The best way to clean the panels is with a brush at the end of a long pole. Cares should be taken to avoid damaging the solar panels.

c.   Every Five to Seven Years: Replace the solar street light batteries if the voltages drop below normal levels. The battery has an expected life of five-seven years.

Life Time & Warranty

Solar panel: over 25 years of power generation capacity, with a 5-year warranty

LED light: CREE chips or Bridgelux chips provide super-bright light from little power, need simple thermal management, and last up to 50,000 hours, with a 3-year warranty.

Controller: over 15 years of typical operating life, with a 3-year warranty, automatic operation from dusk to dawn or timed ON/OFF operation

Pole: up to 25 years of long life time, with a 15-year warranty

Battery: 5 ~ 8 years of maximum life, with a 1-year warranty

FUTE Group's warranty does not cover damage caused during or after installation. The product components should be inspected as soon as the packaging is removed and any damage should be reported without delay. Once the product has been installed, We will not be responsible for any newly discovered damage. The product must be installed properly, with no unauthorized adjustments. Any costs caused by incorrect installation, including all accommodation and travelling costs of our technicians to the purchaser’s installation site shall be borne by the purchaser. Damages caused by lightning strikes are not covered. If there is the repair of electrical components without our permission or the use of electrical components not supplied by our company, any of the above warranties shall be exempted.

We reserve the right to substitute similar or better components in its lamp system provided that the product performs equally or better under the same guarantees.
