1.Coal Burner

It equipped with a high efficiency coal burner. The coal burner main frame is green and the safe guardrail is marked red. The coal burner consumption is: 1490-2240kg/h. Flame diameter: 1.1m; Flame length:1.6-2.7m.
2.Drum Dryer
The Drum Dryer is driving by 4x11kW Nord Reducer. The driving method is friction drive. It can work smoothly. The drum dryer is insulated with asbestos, to save the energy. The dryer diameter is: 1800mm, length: 7000mm.
3.Cold Aggregate Feeding System

4.Mixing tower assembly

Famous brand are used for the key parts: bitumen and aggregate weighing sensors are TOLEDO, Mixer reducers are NORD Brand, main Bearings are SKF.
5.Bag House Dust Collector
Filtering area: 480m2 NOMEX bag: 448pcs Draught Fan: 75kW 
The fan is equipped with electrical driving bar. This makes sure the operator can open and close the door of the fan easily in the control room.
